Josefina Correa, Xeptiva’s CEO, is one of the winners of the WeXchange Program Chapter UY and will be traveling to Bogotá, Colombia next June to represent Xeptiva at the WeXchange Women STEMpreneurs competition.

What is WeXchange?

WeXchange is a platform that organizes an annual forum for women entrepreneurs from Latin America and the Caribbean to connect each other and strengthen their personal and business growth.

Some of the benefits of this program are to strengthen your contact network, receive training for startup development and access to mentors and investors.

The program consists of selecting 15 women leaders of STEM entrepreneurship to participate in training and mentoring workshops. Once there were selected 3 representatives from Uruguay who will travel to Bogotá, Colombia to represent each startup.
